Shipping and Delivery Info

BabyFeet Jewelry bracelets arrive beautifully presented in our complimentary navy pinseal boxes with white ribbon. Charms and single slides (not assembled on a bracelet) will arrive in a navy velvet drawstring pouch.

We ship only to a valid physical address within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO addresses, or ship forwarding addresses.

Our jewelry designs are not mass-produced. To allow for more customized jewelry we do not keep a large inventory. The jewelry is created on a custom, by-order basis. We ask that you allow a little extra time for us to process your order. We will, of course, try our best to meet any time requirements you may have. Expect a maximum of ten to fourteen working days before your order has been shipped.

Gift certificates are mailed out via USPS within 24 hours.

We use UPS 2-day delivery and insure shipping through a 3rd party. Shipping insurance does not cover packages that are requested to be left upon delivery without a signature. BabyFeet is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. For online orders we will email you a tracking number the evening your order has been shipped so you know when to expect its arrival.
